Buy with confidence. Issue with trust.

Understanding NFTs
was never this easy.

Evaluate any NFT before you buy — or check your own before you issue. NFTEF turns scattered trust signals into one clear, defensible Trust Index.

Evaluate before you buy

Paste any NFT and get its Trust Index, a six-factor trust profile, and a prioritised list of what to check — before you spend. No wallet connection needed.

Evaluate an NFT

Gather a few public facts about the NFT (about 2 minutes), paste them below, and NFTEF reads them into trust signals. No wallet, no sign-up. The AI only reads the data — your Trust Index is computed by the frozen NFTEF formula.

1
Marketplace stats Credibility · Transparency
Open the collection on OpenSea or Blur. Copy the stats row: floor price, total volume, items, owners, the verified/blue-check badge, and creator earnings (royalty %).
2
Contract page Authenticity · Security
Open the contract on Etherscan. Copy whether it says “Contract Source Code Verified”, the token standard (ERC-721 / 1155), and the creator / deployer address.
3
Utility & project Utility optional
From the project site or the OpenSea “About” box, copy a few lines on what the NFT actually does — access, gaming, roadmap, linked official socials.
4
Community & safety Community · Security optional
Copy Discord / X follower counts, whether there’s a DAO or Snapshot voting, and any security audit (CertiK, OpenZeppelin, etc.).
Interpret the data

Runs your Netlify function (/api/interpret) via AI Gateway — no key in the browser. Works once the site has a production deploy. Leave as-is.

Unfilled boxes simply aren’t scored — that’s what drives the data-coverage % on your result.

What matters most to you?

Set how much you care about each factor. NFTEF compares your ranking to the empirically optimal ranking and returns a Trust Index of alignment (0–1).

About the engine

How the Trust Index is computed

The prototype is a faithful build of the frozen calculation spec (v1.0, 8 July 2026). Nothing here is modelled ad-hoc.

The pipeline
1 · Indicator scoressj ∈ [0,1]
2 · Weights (frozen, entropy)wj
3 · Factor rollupFi = Σ(wj/Wi)sj
4 · IndexTI = Σ Wi·Fi
5 · ValidationTOPSIS / VIKOR (Spearman)
6 · Guidancegj = wj(1−sj)
Missing data → weight removed, remainder renormalised, coverage % shown.
